We ran a long and slow run Saturday which was great. The walkers had some fun and games in Piedmont Park - see photos below! Congrats to Tim Long for getting into the NYC Marathon in November! That's such a great race and not an easy one to get into! You'll have some hot training months, but hopefully a cool race day.
